FYI (you may already know this) the Otoflash consumes 10l / minute of run time. Take into account the time the gas runs during the curing process in addition to the amount used when the purge/flood mode is used. Estimate how many minutes you will run w/nitrogen and you will have yourself a ballpark idea of how much nitrogen you'll use.

Now I know Otoflash cycles are measured by the # of flashes - 1500 flashes = 3 minutes approx.

in the otoflash, the gas purges the chamber for 30 seconds.. continues for 60 more seconds and shuts off
90 sec total regardless of total flashes or cure time

so.. figuring how many litres are in a cubic foot is above my pay grade

Im writing the instruction/characterization book for Rodin Palette, and requested an Otoflash. there are surface finishes that require nitrogen, and otoflash is Pac-dent's recommended cure unit... hence.. my question. im quite familiar with glycerine

80 cubic ft.. 315.00 for the bottle and roughly 25-27 to fill..
weighs 55 lbs and easy enough to get in and out of the house

That's just what Google told me. It's also roughy $1 per curing cycle for a 4500 flash cycle using otoflash based off the price of a refill.

ok, now thats good information.. i can see how a generator would work well for us.
but, one cycle is 15L.. at 80cf, thats 149 cycles.. 20c a cycle
there is no need to run gas constant as far as i know, but ill get into that some more

also, not running N until the final finish

i'm not "sales", it is made with the same composition as as Sculpture. there is no bonder. it is applied during the curing phase..

I'm actually dropping color inside a surface coated with fluid base resin
as you can see, the base resin is pink
