when i was pouring them I used to get bubbles and white spots when separator was not completely dry. could be possible you are having a similar problem?

White spots are excess water or separator, bubbles is overmixing or pouring too fast. Generally I add a little more of the monomer(diamer?EthylMethacrylate?)
