They all say they provide excellent suppoort. I will try and find out what this means. I will also try ot get a deal where they do all my milling in their labs until my unit is fixed.
Do you have local technical support? What's the response time? Technician costs when it will come to your lab? Do they offer substitute machine in case of repair? Are you provided with training?
That should be your question. And ask people not seller, reseller, they will promise you heaven!
