Does anyone know how to cycle down & turn the heat up on this machine? It came with an instruction booklet but someone has been in my lab throwing things away

Hi Breonna, here is a copy of the instruction manual if you need a copy of it. Press and hold C1 for the heating temp, use the up/down arrows to adjust temp, then hit C1 to set it. Repeat steps using C2 for the cooling temp. Hope that helps!
