Stick to the chairside designing/milling system IMO. Cerec system with an MCXL.
I wouldn't start messing with exocad and pure green state zirconia. Assistants are typically too underpaid and overworked to be doing a full lab techs job with pure green state zirconia, cintering, staining, glazing, finishing.
If you want a lab tech hire a lab tech, but expecting an assistant to replace a lab tech isn't realistic. CEREC works for assistants because it's simple and they're busy as is.
