So I had the S model second hand, very second hand I should say. Projector was well below recommended levels. That was determined by tech support doing a series of test with them over the phone. As they only need one layer measured at different points in the print it doesn’t take more than 5 minutes to get your results. My guess is will also be some type of projector repair issue.
Being your model is older than mine was I’m 99.9% sure they don’t offer support for it. As December 31 2022 was my last day to get tech support or products. They may offer some type of credit for material l. If you push hard enough they will use it towards the new printer but you have to be persistent. Sorry I couldn’t offer any good news.
