mixing porcelain stains

Has anyone ever mixed regular porcelain stains with emax shade past to enhance shade?

Well.....not exactly, but my stain trays are filled with empress paste, emax paste and the Artistain universal stains. All mixed with the Univeral glaze medium Of the Artistain Pentron Kit.
Have never had issues crossing into any of them. Sooo I would think you could adjust your pastes with some stain. I actually like the empress pastes better than the emax shades.
I also have the new Ivocolor starter kit but so far am not a fan .

We've occasionally had some Emax stain fall into some G C Lustre paste without problems

Thanks, dont want to buy anything new retiring in awhile got stuck doing an emax for my brother in law.

We mix the Empress pastes with the GC from time to time.
