Miss press

I have been getting printed wax up now. Lastly in the 200 ring it sometimes miss presses. I haven't changed any parameters, actually I increased the temp 5 degrees hotter recently because of this. I even burned out overnight and it sat for 2 hrs past final temp befor pressing. Any ideas? I pressed a 3 unit 2 days prior with no problems. Never a miss press in the 100 gram rings.

Most problems with pressing are either time or temp related. Did you increase your burnout temp or pressing temp by 5 degrees ? If I remember correctly you need to increase your pressing temp when you go from 100g to 200g rings by at least 5 deg. maybe a little more depending on your furnace. What is your pressing time ? May need to increase that also.

I am 15 degrees hotter longer hold time and 3 minutes longer in the press

Double check your spruing as well

I hold for 1 hour and 10 min for a 200g ring if no others are in there with it.
