I've heard of guys using a 25 mm wax puck then duplicating that out of silicone and then taking it out and pouring die stone in it. Way cheaper. I'm gonna just print my dies and print my models when my printer shows up next week. Hope it works haha !
Milling, duplicating and pouring up sounds awfully complicated and expensive.

Do you have a milling machine to mill your own models? Milling is more accurate but is more expensive.

I don't and I am not trying to get into it. But a friend of mine got a request and that triggered my interest. As for my answer above, I was referring to 'Polarmolar's' post and his ordeal...
