Milling wax for cast RPD frame? Never heard of that.

Too costly. Printing or traditional waxing is the way to go for now.

You want to talk about a Haas and SUM3d for under $150k?

Office Mill....the Haas OM2-a

Service and parts are easy if you are in the USA.

I was thinking German stuff, but it is so expensive and finding support and parts in the US is almost impossible. If you go down, you may be waiting a week to a month before you get it fixed and up again. That would ruin your business maybe? I would imagine same goes for most foreign CNC mills.

Maximum cutting feedrate of 12,000mm/min, which is Super fast!

This includes Reinshaw touch probe for set-up of raw material and/or final check after milling.

That system is called the W.I.P.S.

Also includes 4th and 5th axis table and Auto-tool changer....Coolant system, etc.

Then go find something like that that is Non-Dental, or used.

Probably 4x cheaper. I do like Italian stuff. If you have the $$ then go for it!

Probably never needs service or parts.

I have a Mariotti Paperino for nearly 20 years. Good stuff. Never had a problem. But i'm not sure is the time of this machines. Maybe a scanner is more productive for that you need.
