Hi all.
Haven't milled any composite material since lava ultimate back in the day. Just wondering what labs are preferring these days?
I have a dry mill.
Thanks...jeff

Want to mill it for crowns over toronto bars. Have been using Bredent's HIPC with good outcome, but colors are being very inconsistant between discs lately. Want to try Coltene and Grandio. The bad is that ...it's a composite, and will discolor yes or yes.

Crystal Ultra seems to be rising fast. Hella expensive for the disk though!

Were you able to get any response from them on mill sppeds and rates? If so, please post them as @CoolHandLuke tried off and on for a year to get someone, anyone, to even respind to a call or email. Total blackhole effect.

I milled in pmma strategy on wienland DS cam using ZR burs, came out good. But this was years ago before they launched the material. I was able to get some test disks from a friend.

I ended up using the titanium strategy. Gentler cuts. Worked ok.
