Hello!

Although I read some of the threads about sintering ovens, I am still in between two sintering ovens. One is HT-2/M/ZIRKON-120 (https://mihm-vogt.de/en/ht) and other is Nabertherm LHT02/19 LB Speed (https://www.nabertherm.com/produkte/dental/en). I have two different nabertherm ovens and they are working great with many zirconia I am using. But there are problems with different mixed strength zirconia (for examble aidite). With original programs they are opaque. After raising temperature, they look great but can be bent. So I am thinking of trying out another oven manufacturer. So any suggestions will be great. I have reseller who sold mihm-vogt years ago and switched them to nabertherm telling me mihm-vogt needs to be clean fired every week, as the elements tend to oxidise and make zirconia greenish. Nabertherm does not have this kind of problem according to the same reseller.

The problem youre describing isnt the ovens fault. Its the zirconia. Mixed strength and trans means different shrinkage. Theres no way around it. Just because its an available product doesnt mean its worth using.

My Mihm has been flawless. Never cleaned, never lost an element, Zr looks great.
