Lots of places cast non precious. I do. I used to make Maryland bridges from noble alloy as well. I Just used etch it etching gel from not sure what company off the top of my head. Now I prefer emax Maryland bridges
We used to make Maryland bridges out of noble alloy. We had to Tin plate the retainer surface and the docs used Metabond CB cement at seat. it's been at least 8 years since we've done one like that
I've had a Zr Maryland bridge for about 12 years now (6x8). Apply a very thin layer of VM9 correction porcelain to the inside of wings, etch (hydrofluoric acid),and bond. I had a non-precious MD bridge there before. The metal showed through the incisal of my lateral and it fell out about every three months.
