I use Talladium2 too. Never have a problem. I use 16L and 7W and cast rapid burn out at 1600. My HN metal @ 1550 and 13L 10W. I know that's only 23L total and it calls for 24 I believe but it works just fine for me. I think you should recaibrate your oven sounds like its getting to hot. This will cause your problem too. You can call them too and have them send you another box. Just tell them you think there is something wrong with it. Maybe a bad batch Good luck
