Why Mabel Dental Lab

Another benefit of partnering with Mabel Dental Lab, our communication. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Risk Management/Insurance and received my MBA at Cleveland State University. In a former life, I spent over decade working at Progressive Insurance and NY Life Insurance in management roles with a heavy focus on customer service. I have brought that Fortune 500 service level and process to our small family run lab (my father our co-owner/President is a dentist with over 45 years’ experience).

My father at his peak owned 23 dental practices while utilizing many different labs. When we started our lab in 2010, I grew tired very quickly of working with other labs that were poor communicators. I often never knew if they got my case, when was it coming back, did they ship it out etc…So our lab will work with you and tailor our communication to fit your needs. We’ll send you an email (or a call/text/fax) confirming the cases that we received along with an estimated return date. We meet our return dates over 99% of the time! When/if a case issue comes up, we’ll email you digital photos and the sent Rx. Upon completion of your case(s),we will email you a patient list along with a tracking#. No more hoping the case is coming back on time! We repeatedly get graded extremely high on our service and it doesn’t hurt that our remake rates are extremely low.

Alright, I rarely, if ever do this (I probably should, shame on me) but I have to give kudos to Mabel Dental Lab. I ship my flexible TCS's out...I can do them in house but let's be truthful here, they take me forever, therefore I suck at them. I used all kinds of labs around the area...most were horrible. I mean atrociously bad...moved my setup, horrible polish, no retention, or wayyyy too much, and most had the occlusion way off which drives me crazy when I take the time to set it up. Then I decided to try Mabel Dental Lab...trust me, by this time I'm highly skeptical of any flexible lab but I have to be honest...by far the best flexibles I've seen out there. Top notch quality, and spot on. So tip of the hat to Mabel...love seeing flexibles come in from that lab, and a very fair price to boot. Thanks Mabel, keep up the great work.

Ugly cheap work! This is why good technicians can't have good pay for their good work
We're not sure if you're trying to refer to our work and pricing as ugly but we would take exception to that. Have you used us before? We can tell you that our work is not ugly by any stretch of the imagination. Please do not confuse affordable with ugly or poor craftsmanship. We'd be happy to do a case for you and then you can see first-hand the quality of our work and craftsmanship along with our superior customer service.

If you selling full denture for 99.00$ how much you pay for teeth? I pay for Ivoclar teeth for ant and post 70.00$ and 13.00 shipping. What is your game?
I pay for good frame 130.00$ and they are great. Lab in Wisconsin , I work with them @ 20 years. Again, what is your game?

Why are you paying shipping for Ivoclar teeth? If you spend $250, next day air is free.

I know this. It is just amazing for me the guy is selling denture for 99.00$
The only way I see it : cheap materials and slave workers. I don't think he does the work.

I've never sent anything to him, BUT, I trust @TheLabGuy and if he says his flexibles are good, I believe that.
And again, I'll ask, why are you paying for Ivoclar shipping? and the price you quoted for Ivoclar teeth is more than full price for them. If you're paying that, you need to talk to your rep. Something isn't right there.

Hey @Bonter how about you post some pictures of this extraordinary work you do because I'd be happy to post @evanosu amazing work and we will compare. What he charges and how he runs his business is no concern of mine, I care about the quality and I stand by my word, best TCS lab I have found!!! Plus Bonter, he is employing Americans!!! ...furthermore don't be jealous if he found a profitable patriotic way of providing a excellent product and service...and you didn't!!!

If you b/o, duplicate, mount, make baseplates and set for try in all on the dup. Pro'lly most of your problems would've gone away.
The whole swapping setup to a dupe model thing is where all the action is lol... And when you b/o yourself... You know what there will be for retention.

Dude, did you always buy invoclar teeth 4 sets at a time? I guess the dealer add big a amount margin on theire retail selling. As i know, our invoclar teeth is as low as 26~28$ for 4 sets, we purchase teeth from invoclar philippine plant directly. Even add some freight fee, it should no more than 35$.

I think I went to the wrong site. The art of doing good fit dentures and at the same time the dentures looking good and natural in the mouth. When I see some lab owners crying about giving up and closing labs and the others loving to send work out of States I think lm totally lost. I have many years of experience and I love my work. And the lab guy to compare my work with outsourcing work???
Help yourself

Nice job,
but not all the patients could afford high-grade/precision all on 4-6 dentures, many of them just want basic chewing devices. That's why a lot many went to Mexico for dental care.....
