We would love to find a ceramist, but I know these people are extremely hard to find. We are looking for a person who can stack porcelain, do waxups, invest emax, scan cases, and has the ability to learn new jobs, etc. We are medium sized family owned lab. The owner is my uncle who has been a dental tech for 50 years. We have an incredible team, but like many labs, we could use another ceramist. While the owner is "older," the rest of the lab is much younger and we have been growing over the last few years. We have a PM7 mill. We have two Asiga 4K printers. The only things we don't manufacture in house are abutments. We are not a "production lab" and we charge appropriately for our work and we take care of our employees so our quality stays at a high level. Our lab opened 25 years ago.
