Looking for a U.S. Distributor for S.I.N. Implant

We recently had a Dr. reach out to us about a patient who had implants done in The Dominican Republic. The company is S.I.N. and based in Brazil. I was wondering if anyone knew of any U.S, distributors we could order a scan body and DIM from to avoid the international shipping charges. If anyone has any information it would be appreciated.

It has to be an implant that is approved by the FDA and the ADA first to be able to buy parts in the US.
