Good and inexpensive (cheap) usually don't go together, though...
But, as mentioned on here before, there are only a couple places where the raw material is coming from and the biggest producer is China, if I remember correctly.
Agree with Argen and Sagemax, and both are processed in the US. Not sure about the volume of discs you could get at one time, though, as far as any production issues.

global supply is rarely easy to track, however the majority of raw zirconia is mined in Australia, exported to China, refined and sold as tosoh powder to japan, and with few exceptions sold globally from there.
