Looking for a dental technician to join our team located in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We're a growing all digital in-house lab servicing 4 clinics (with more on the way). We utilize cutting edge technology including Exocad, Blender, Hyperdent, Photogrammetry, Blueskyplan, and more. We have a focus on full-arch fixed utilizing Asiga 3D printers and Zirkonzahn/Versamill zirconia and titanium milling.

We do same day digital immediate load all-on-X, so you'll get experience from surgery to final delivery with the opportunity to see your work in the mouth while working alongside dentists, implantologists, oral surgeons, and prosthodontists.

We aren't looking for any remote designers, in house/in person only please. Salary starts at $80000-$90000 plus health insurance, 401k match, paid holidays, and generous PTO. The salary can be higher depending on experience. The ideal person will have some experience/open mindedness to these workflows and salary will reflect that. We are willing to train the right person who has drive and aptitude.

Figured I would add we offer 3 weeks paid time off at hire which increases to 4 weeks after 3 years, and 5 weeks at 5 years.

4% 401k match, and free dental care.

in oz we have 4 weeks paid leave as the law and we give holiday loading on top of that and if you are a casual worker you dont get paid leave but you get paid extra per hour to compensate that and now certain industries want 5 weeks paid leave. we have had practice at having holidays a very long time in oz if you like i can run a course on how to have fun and making the most of holidays in you holidays, just pay me to come over there and i will show you how its done the cost will just be flights accommodation food booze and costs of special interests just be fair and properly trained
