also good luck. those of us that have suffered through the dungeons of basement labs arent eager to return to them.

Worked in my boss's parent's basement for 2 years until he got the office condo. Sucked. Snakes in the bulkhead, bees invading, septic system cleanout stink settled into down in it and the only view was of the grass blocking the window.
