Does anyone know where to find a light cure glaze liquid for custom staining?
I want to be able to do chairside customization with MIYO.

just as an additive. I want to "freeze" any mods chairside until I can refire.
Might want to look into a pocket furnace instead... not sure how a light cure would work on the top of the wet stain

There was such a lc liquid years ago.Problem is you go through many brushes.
Can you rig a porcelain furnace in my mazda cx-3?

How about a Tesla and inverter. You may need a charge to drive back, but ....

Try Dreve NanoVarnish. I have no idea if it will burn clean, but it can be tacked in place with a few seconds of light and fully cured in 1 minute. It is not tacky after curing so the lint from your pocket furnace won't stick to it.

I want a light curable liquid that can be added to glaze liquid. This would allow me or the dentist to " tweek" a crown that may be too bright or need an add on.
Light curing the stain on the crown means it can be shipped back to the lab to be fired in the furnace.
It can be also used to customize a shade tab that could be sent to the lab.

Years ago, GC orbit. The idea sounded good at the time. Turned into another museum item.

Fumes from the liquid ate at the plastic lid on the stain tray. My experience.

Hey rkm, just D9B72529-5DC7-47A6-A0D1-D980E12A5726.jpeg

How about getting a toaster oven with a baking option and dry/set the stains in place.

but, but of course, but the color can be taken even with a camera phone, compared to Vita classic or other, it works very well.
if you need to add material, then with a composite to show how much and where
idea maybe and cool with this light curing. have you thought about hairspray? some technicians cured applied powders in this way in the old days. and they fired

It's worth a try.

Probably better off treating a shade tab with MIYO and freezing that shade adjustment with vlc. Would be easier to copy that cuztomized tab back in the lab. Just try to get the value right as best as you can chairside, which may shift when you light cure. Burn off of vlc material would wreak havoc on your well placed effects. Tanaka used to have a kit for this purpose, worked very well for modifying a tab but was quite touchy to burn off and fire. Did use it numerous times successfully , not sure if its still even available. Jmho and good luck!
