Manny, Dentsply bought the company several years ago, but I don't know if they are still available through them. If you find out let us know.

IMO. There are other manufactures out there that provide colored characterization that
provide much better results.

My understanding is they are no more.
Justi has some (Vipi I think) that Tom Z likes.
Garreco makes some as well that I found nice. You needed to blend a little with the base polymer, as they were intense modifiers, but they were economical, and a little went a long way.

I have a Kayon stain kit NIB that I have had for over 30 years. I have never used it, I keep it because one of my prosthodontist mentors gave it to me. I have used Kayon, Enigma and Ivoclar and prefer the Ivoclar hands down. I have the older full Ivoclar kit but prefer the newer three color kit. Rob convinced the powers that be at Ivoclar to simplify their colorization kit just for techs like me!!!!

Have you tried Pearson Dental Supply? They used to carry the kits from Kayon.

Benco still has it in their order system, but as a an out of stock, possibly a drop ship item.

And they say it's made by Sultan, and give Sultans part number as 78246.
Sultan's website :
sultanhealthcare.com does not respond to that being an active item number when searched, while other item numbers currently in their on-line catalog items do yield a response.

So, they appear not to make that exact product any longer. But, that doesn't mean it's totally abandoned. Ask them by the method of your choice, using their Contact Us page info, if they replaced or updated it with a new name or have something fundamentally similar in application and indication.

May want to check out Anaxdent or Fricke. IMO, they work very well.

Kayon Denture Stain Kit was discontinued by the manufacturer in 2014.... Thanks everyone for your help I will look into the other products, my Department Chair is wanting to introduce and demonstrate this technique to our students. Thanks Again
