Hi to all this great community members.
I've been thinking about showing some of the work I do in my lab, now that I recently owned a dslr camera thank God, so the photos should be in good quality .
The aim of this thread is just showing a case and have your discussions or comments about it . If it's a good job I'll know that from the comments, if it was to be done in any different way that I'm not aware of I'll know it from the discussions , and just in case it's bad please feel free to tell me that.
Some of the members of this community were a great help a few years ago , I can't thank you enough.

Starting with this central , the anterior veneers were done back in the 80's , don't know the technician , must have been a refractory case , the patient came with a broken central .
Pressed it with e-max , I can't remember what was the ingot . I believe the result came out pretty good. IMG_20200925_161222.png IMG_20200925_161239.png IMG_20200925_161256.png

You know me I'm a critical picky SOB, but I have to give kudos and praise when it's there...beautiful job man. Matching centrals are a pain in the six.

I like to design my own work .
Knowing the end result when designing gives strength to the restoration. DSC_9517.JPG DSC_9519.JPG DSC_9522.JPG DSC_9524.JPG DSC_0703.JPG DSC_0702.JPG DSC_0704.JPG DSC_0696.JPG DSC_0694.JPG

I hope you're getting well paid for this type of thoughtful and high quality work, Adi.

:) Thanks for the compliment , and well paid is a very relative issue , would you consider $15 a well payment per unit? I doubt it , yet it's half the salary of a conventional employee here.

Very nice looking crowns that look like teeth.
Adi, please share materials used/frame/porcelain/ and if MiYO is used on your cases.
Thanks for sharing.. :)

Last one was zirconia layered with e-max ceramic , a little bit of whitish luster paste .

This interesting case I did last month , implants are way deep , the solution should have been a custom milled abutment , but I don't trust that the milling centre will give me the right requirements , which are ( and please correct me if I'm wrong):
Right connection with implants.
Slightly pushing gingiva all around cervical area .
Cervical should be bellow gingiva :
1 mms buccal
0.5 mms interproximal
0.0 mms lingual

So I made it myself and cemented it to the stock abutments with dual cure resin . IMG_20200718_161436_1.jpg IMG_20200718_161424.jpg IMG_20200722_155046.jpg IMG_20200722_153352.jpg IMG_20200722_153418.jpg IMG_20200815_154535.jpg
