What is the best way to attach those emeralds ( blings).

Drill exactly the size you want and go over the height of contour by just a bit using clear acrylic.

Just drill through the facial and cover the jewel with clear acrylic?

I think I would warn the dentist that he may need a disclaimer signed for when the patient comes back complaning that everyone thinks there is spinach stuck to their teeth, just saying...

Yes it will. I notified the patient. The patient gave the jewel and it’s emerald. Huge the diameter fills the width of the cuspid.
