Is anyone using Prime for lower bridges. 22 & 27 are abutments, 23-26 pontics.
I’m asking because of it’s varying strength from incisal to gingiva.
Would I be better off to use something like HT + multilayer ?
Thanks

I have had good results with HT+ Multi.

We use Prime for everything. Single units to "All on 4" type cases.

We use Prime for everything...from single units, cosmetic cases, all-on-x. If milled correctly the aesthetics are spot on and the strength is there.

Do you use any of the Prime Esthetic as well?

Have only played with it in limited use. Also, if I add another puck to my inventory my mill/design team will probably line me up to be a recipient of there firing squad. Have you?

I haven't tried it. I Wouldn't mind consolidating my inventory down to only a few different puck choices.

We have one puck of each Vita shade of the 20 mm Prime. We also presinter stain all our zirconia which definitely makes it stand out when compared to zirconia that is just milled and sintered. I have a puck of the Esthetic, but I don't think it will improve much on what we are already doing. It does come in shorter puck sizes so you could save some $$ over using only 20 mm pucks, but as LabGuy stated, it would increase our puck inventory substantially.

What liquids are you using to pre-sinter stain?

Be sure to check with your Ivoclar rep. as they've reduced the price on Prime, Prime Esthetic, MT Multi, M.O., MT and LT discs, anywhere from 11-40% off. It is now their new pricing. Just a FYI :)

They can send you an email pricing breakdown, at least my rep. did.
I bet he will. I kinda had a preferred pricing, already... I guess this new pricing will bring it down to that level.

Exactly the same thing here, friend, as far as the preferred pricing, but it's even better now. That's why I didn't want to post it (prices) on the forum, but it is now the same for all of us across the board.
