Hello, I have an Ivoclar EP600 furnace and the menu operation has become stuck after errors 32 and 39.
Technical error 32
Vacuum detected in the furnace chamber.
Therefore, the furnace head cover cannot be opened!
Remove the vacuum tube to be able to remove the part.
Technical error 39
The vacuum does not reduce or reduces very slowly.
Removing the external vacuum hose does not solve the problem.
Could these errors have been caused by configuration errors?
That is, could someone who did not know what they were doing have changed some configuration parameter and caused the errors?
Is there a command to reset the software to return to factory settings?
Is there any risk in this procedure?
