Has anyone worked with the Itero models?

A couple of our doctors have the system and we need to work with it now, and

I'm wondering if we should just mill straight from the scan instead of using the physical models.

iTero has the option to export the scan as almost any scan file type, including some proprietary ones.

i really like the iTero scans as they are good quality and don't supply too much "extra" data.

Mark would be able to best answer that question. He's been involved with the itero for quite a few years and has probably done them without a model.

I was the first lab in the US to work with them. They are are great but expensive. Whenever possible, we simply export the file to 3Shape and mill the crown model-less. Some doctors are slow to adopt.
