And I agree to a point. The bite reg should not be taken extend past the preped tooth / teeth. Even if it it trimmed away from tr adjacent teeth the bite will always be slightly open if it extends past the prep/preps

maybe you should! good point, its not enough to just trim it away often.

read all the posts to get a good idea of who you may be working with good or bad its a real advantage as you can interview before you even go for the job. thats why there has been some hard questions for skidoc myself and others do this to all dentists that come on the site its not personal but you do get a good idea of who you might be working for. its also done to let some dentist know that some of their ways are not ok and to value techs more than they do. good luck JPierce

in middle of a reno. my wife is an intereior designer and can't help herself. are you interested? Currently have a few applicants but still taking applicants as I want to make sure its the best possible fit and likely going to hire 2 to increase capacity.

After all of the MANY times that you’ve been looking for the right talent, do you possibly think that you are the reason that you can’t keep a technician? Their work was good enough for you to hire them, but they don’t stick around, why is that?
