This would be easy to figure out by looking at top of the implant

I am inclined to agree it is a Tri-lobe just going by the mandibular implant.
If it is the same surgeon, they typically use the same system, so if I was a gambling person,
I would sat likely a RP Replace also.

they both can be the same conical connection so zoom in on that and see if its parallel internally or not .i cant tell from this x ray if its conical it doesnt matter.have a look at the restored crown that looks like conical connection to me so compare the 2.

or the clinician that has taken over the patient could contact the surgery that placed the implant to ask for the patients records?
or is that being too much like a medical professional

Going by the length of the internal connection and threading I would say Replace. Looks way too long for CC.

They’re both Replace Tapered (Trilobe connection)

As far as the size I’m assuming 4.3 but you can have the clinician take off the healing abutment and see what color it is.

Magenta - 3.5
Yellow - 4.3
Blue - 5.0
Green - 6.0

Hey, @Moose11 , what actual difference is there between Active and Conical Connection? Lexical disturbance or actual product difference?

Uh, asking for a friend.:)

Active is thread design (active is very agressive). The active implant was the first Nobel design with a conical connection. Nobel then applied the conical connection to all of they're line of implants (tapered, parrallel etc).
