IO scans

Hello, does your IO scans look cartoonish(see picture)?
We are using Exocad and receives scans using connect case center inbox.
The scans comes from a new Primescan IO scanner.
Is there any settings to adjust (have been looking but cant find anything to adjust) or can the dentist do some adjustments?

That’s what Medit scans look like as well.
It’s an exocad thing.
