Mikron can make screw and analogs. Right French Cadman?

I do not think !
It can not realize the tapping , you must use another machine to do that ....

Now, you have the best dental software , the best millind machine , the best abutment files whith analogs and screw ....

For Nobel replace 4,3

What else ? ;)

I LOVE THIS DISCUSSION. Seeing 3d images of abutments and screws and how with a snap of the finger voila you can mill out an titanium part with the accuracy and tolerances of the DMG machines of the world.
As a person who sold metrology devices which inspect parts from CAD files I have seen both the raw data files and the final parts in their ugliest state. What I have learned is that you can show me a nice CAD drawing and a final part but do you have the technology - software and hardware- to compare what you have in the CAD drawing versus what you have milled. I can answer the question for you - NO. So how do you know what the tolerances are for the part that you made, how accurate is it relative to the CAD drawing, which if you created from a scan is fundamentally altered prior to it going into the CAM (points removed, surfaces smoothed, corners rounded).
Now use that same logic to making a screw plus a list of requirements that will blow your mind.

Not DMG, i do not like, i prefer Mikron, more accurate and powerful !!!
Whith the Mikron you can made rpd milled not whith DMG ...
It's easy to draw a screw, easier to realize than dental ceramics ...
Today I also made my scanbodys all scanbodys for any dental centers, open or closed ....
It's as easy as drawing a screw ...

You won't be making screws on any machine you get, but as far as a complete cad/cam system designed for abutments and bars, the only one I know of is the the TDS system (TDS Introduction). Their website sucks but I know someone who uses it and they scan, design and mill bars and abutments in titanium on it.

Thanks, just contacted John at the lab and he may be able
to do that after all!
Will let you know if I can have that custom abutment for a screw-retained
hybrid. Cheers!

I need a scan body for a Hiossen HG implant. Regular platform. I want to design hybrid abutments (Ti-Zirc) using Sironas InLab software. I will need the Ti-Bases too. What do you have?

Hi all:
Does any one know of any type of software that can design a tissue supported abutments?
Exaple : implant is positioned lingually and tha buccal finish line has to saddle over the ridge to the buccal to make a propper form of the crown. Cant do it in 3 shape. Any sugestions?
Thanks in advance.

Bring model to my lab Marc 27th or 28th.

We have newscanner with ExoCAD, and Italian dude to answer questions.

You shopping for new scanner, or just talking?

Or you can probably see in NY on Lab Day East.
