The top of Core3d scan bodies look like that, though they often taper a few millimeters down, depending on platform size this could be Core3d. I believe if a scan body is purchased through Keystone they provide a Core3d part (based on a recent case) though Keystone currently has to manufacturers and I believe they both use a different scan body. I have a Hiossen case sitting in front of me right now and the scan body the doctor got from Hiossen looks different.
Also Dess has "Scan body on top of Ti bases" which looks very much like this. It can be slightly confusing because Dess also makes in lab and intraoral scan bodies that look very different. That is all that is coming to mind right now
