Doctor wants to do 4-7unit full zirconia bridge but as you see the angulation is totally off.
What would you do case like this?

Two options

2 bridges linked via composite structure

Or change to metal and do a stressbreaker

A telescopic zi coping on # 5 to help correct the path of insertion, then the bridge on top of that.
Or as CHL said, change it to a pfm bridge with a stress breaker between the Bis.

edit: re-read the tooth #s involved.

I would pick up the phone .

Agree. So many times on cases like this we want to resolve it here on the forum.
Call the Dr, but at least now, idrg has some options to talk to the Dr about including
what others here may come up with.

Thank you for the brilliant ideas.
I already spoke to the doctor.
He said he can’t re-prep the teeth any more and asked me to do the best as I can.

I should probably do pfm with attachment
Thank you

#5 is an implant abutment, no?
Replace it with matching insertion direction to #7.

your nemesis will be that lateral abutment. That tooth will be under much stress and we still havn't seen the opposing dentition.
"Do your best" means the dr is rolling the dice to see if you can pull it off. Let's see him pull the temp off lol.

It may be one of those "once it's torqued" Drs, leave it alone, unless the screw loosens?
Or, the cost involved for a new abutment, otherwise, I like the idea.

The existing bridge needs to be replaced .

IdEAlly I agree, but it could be a hard financial cost for the patient, as it may be out of the Dr Ins, lab warranty time frame?
I think I've done one of these before, but it was just a single (taco crown) on a bridge itself, in just trying to save from a bridge remake $$

Lots of good advice here. Have you ever heard of Herodonitcs? Its where a lab person goes to heroic lengths to make a case work. If it works then you're a hero. If not you're a goat. The line is pretty thin between the two.
