this is called wireframe or pointcloud view. it is not available from most scan software, you can use other software like meshmixer, or in design software you can see it best.

the wireframe is a viewing option of the mesh itself. could you elaborate on your question? because it looks like a functioning scan

If you like the wire frame more than the skinned view, use exocad.
Place the cursor over the restoration, right click, look towards the bottom of the drop down menu for 'visual properties. Click on that and choose 'wireframe'.

Youll need to do that for each component...crown, model and die.

You can probably do the same in 3Shape, but why would you want to.
