what process do you perform zirconium in green state(pre sintered) and aftrr sintering.
what tools you use?
do you have any own tricks?
you hear different type opinions, do not use this or that
What can you share about the zirconium processing

I'm still not as good as some others here who can do most of their contours in CAD. I end up in using tapered diamonds and gray oxide wheels, knife edge and square in green state.

Post sinter, I use Blue Berries and ultra Berries from Wagner Rotary as needed.

I use a Green State kit to do some adjustments to the milled crown.
Wagner has a great one.

I saw a video where a steam jet is used. the entire bridge was cleaned with steam after polishing in green state. It is ok to steam your presintered work ?

I have heard of labs steaming or even ultra sounding their zirconia and then drying it prior to sintering. This is completely unnecessary. Just use clean pressurized air after you do your pre sinter contouring. We presinter stain all our zirconia so they go under a heat lamp for about twenty minutes prior to going in the sintering oven.

I also clean the inside out with a dry brush, something in the #4 size range, before coloring or sintering.

I just use a tapered 699 or 701 HP to cut my connectors.

When @esamuelr visited, he had a great long skinny cross-cut carbide, but I cant find it. I just use a long skinny diamond.
