We are a growing lab and are starting to do some of our zirconia crowns model free. Our contouring/finishing/staining/glazing department is having a hard time tracking the cases. How do you keep the crowns organized through the various steps? Any tips will be much appreciated.

A single die (fit & margins) and a labelled small segment of the working model with half of the adjacents in place (contacts & draw),unique number engraved inside the crowns... you'll thank me later ;)

We engrave the occlusal surface with the pan number. I would love to engrave the intaglio surface, but our CAM software doesn't support that.
