How do you print a bite registration?

Is there a good resource or answer for this. Specifically, printing a bite reg to mount plaster models to.

you can design a bite the way i used to do: use a single coping and adapt it to anatomy. print it like anything else you'd print. it will allow you to re-articulate scanned models, or allow you to articulate separately manufactured models (such as printed opposing, master in pvs/viceversa)

alternatively some scanners allow you to scan two sides of an object and create your own digital file, such as imetric, medit, DOF, and others that arent 3shape. with this stl you can duplicate a bite.
