How do I do THIS detail on a bar?

Hi can Anyone help me on HOW can I do this detail on the bar (the profile on all of it and at the ends of it).

I can only make the endings flat, I would like to do this kind of bar to do cemente Zir on it

Any help would come apreciated

I mean THIS extra detail, after the ending of the bar. Because I have done that profile, and when I insert it, the bar end straight, like in the photo below.
