I updatet my ivoclar P300 on P310 and now I have problem on P310 which on P300 didn't exist. All my pfm bridges cracked on palatinal side. Please any suggestions to solve that.

Hi, that's very strange for a new well-known oven. Have you done Dehumidification program? That's the only idea I have...

Looks like a coefficient of expansion issue...I'd double check the metal CoE is compatible with the porcelain first. If everything is fine with that (which I doubt) then you need a longer cool time (cooling too fast).

Some questions...

Is the oven the only thing that changed?
Is it the same metal and porcelain?
Is the oven new?
Did you manipulate the oven's programs?
What metal, what porcelain?

Calibrate your oven, if you already did it, do it again.
Read the instructions that came with the alloy and make sure that you are following the oxidation program exactly. No cutting corners.

Hi
Yes I did it. I don't know what's going wrong with pfm, while with zirconia it's going great.

Hi
I will considered this but on the 2 other furnace we have P300 and vacumat 40 t we don't have this problems. I'm using Vita Vm13 and Gc initial on MoguCeran N Scheftner dental Alloys

Hi
Yes I just bought a new oven p310 but I have alredy p300 and vacumat 40t.on the existing ovens we don't have problems. The materials are the same. The programs we did it manually according to the ceramic systems. Vm13 and GcMc on Scheftner MoguCeran N dental Alloys.
We have that problem only on pfm not on zirconia.
