HI all
Had a strange thing happen today whilst using 3shape.
Scanning crowns was normal, but when I went to scan an implant, it wouldn't connect to scanit dental.
No implant type would scan, yet every other order type would. I even tried downloading new DME's, but made no difference.
Using 2021 and had no problems previously. It kinda started out of the blue.
I have my tech support looking at it tomorrow, but was just wondering if anyone had come across this.
