Hand Milling

Is there anyone on here that does any hand milling/finishing? If so, what system and or burs do you use as far as diamonds for your zirconia and is there a company you prefer to use? Thank you.

I did that 10years ago with a Zhirkon Zahn Manual machine that I still have. It uses reg burrs. I did only bridges that my Sirona did not do. Now that I have a big Roland machine I am not using it anymore.It is a perfect good machine for sale if any.

I think maybe he refers to finishing or detailing work after milling?

If so, Wagner Rotary sells a nice kit for that

I had a Amann copy mill machine
there was some long nights spent on that thing!
once you go CNC tech you will never go back

On the plus side its very cheap to get started (in comparison to CNC) and you can really maximise your blocks with shorter connecters, cramming etc
