My thoughts are hader bars are not designed to be used in more than a lower lateral to lateral incisor position implant retained denture. This patient would be just as well served by 4-6 novoloc/locator attachments.

It appears you are restoring preexisting nightmare.

I do not see a framework, but it would be standard clip and era retention protocals

Hi.. Im LEO.. i am new to the Forum. I see these cases all the time in the area where i do buisness (retired community). I noticed Dr sent you a model without any yellow clips for green hader riders or for you to place your ERA jig.. for that matter. How to you insert all these without Drs correct impression methods.?
in my eyes a "U" shaped Vitallium framework with a metal lingual band, and mesh ending right where bar begins. Mesh on posteriors for saddle areas. Metal covering the bar is a pain unless its done digitally. IDK.. just spit balling.
Set up looks legit!!

Yeah I can see he is an expert model maker.

After re-read of your posts, bar is fabricated and in place. Dr sent scan of bar and wants you to CAD and fabricate a metal substructure(framework). This framework will have built in Hader clip retainers and built in ERA attachment housings. Transfer the teeth in wax to the framework.

Thoughts???
The Lord loves a working man, I drink your milkshake, and it always looks good on paper.

In my opinion this Dr is inexperienced, never combine fixed attachments with mobile one on the same piece . Like never attach natural teeth with implants. You have to advise him and have that discussion. My Dr are open to be educated a bit.

Why stick those ERAs on the back anyway????
Once those insert walls catch a fold, it'll start torquing the back of that bar.

I assume all the patient showed up for to start with was a nice looking, well fitting denture.

I hope you don't have to over relief the denture into an impression tray to get a path of rotation to get to the path of insertion.
