Here is another case I did a month ago . It was my first case of this kind , and overall I was happy with the result . A1 shade with not much characterization , don't like it but the guy who paid wanted it that way .

While I was waxing the thing , I noticed that the temporary denture had 3 anteriors , so I asked the doc if he wanted it that way . He said he hadn't even noticed that , and so we should keep it that way , so we did . It turned out nicely I think , so everyone was happy !
