Oh my! Take it back to them and make sure the Dr sees it. Did they send an opposing and a bite?!?!?One of the accounts ordered a removable. I... don't know what to say![]()
With something like that I take a photo text it to them saying I need a new impression. They can't argue with that. One of the accounts ordered a removable. I... don't know what to say![]()
I can't believe someone sent to him in the first place! With something like that I take a photo text it to them saying I need a new impression. They can't argue with that.
From what I've read, they'll find a way to argueWith something like that I take a photo text it to them saying I need a new impression. They can't argue with that.

Doctor said assistant was sick and he had to mix the alginate himself. I have a feeling if he just picked a random patient from the waiting room to do it for him instead, he/she would have done a better job.Looks like alginate that hadn't set up yet and locked around the teeth, tearing out the arch chunk. Maybe the patient started gagging, and assistant thought good enough.
Even if it's an immediate denture, and you could articulate with posterior bites, it's still crappy dentistry. You have to maintain standards. It's a redo, or a conversation about no free remake.

It's not an immediate, just crappy impression for a permanent denture. He asked if I can't conjure it up somehow, had to disappoint him.
He would have been in trouble years ago when assistants weren’t allowed to take impressions! When the captain of the ship doesn't know how to scrub the deck you have problems.
Assistants and labs can do all dental work now for wages, just need that high education to check for oral cancer, then collect $3k. They deserve it cuz they went to skool. He would have been in trouble years ago when assistants weren’t allowed to take impressions!
Well that's what happens when you cement those $22 China crowns.Maybe that's what the patient's mouth really looks like?
