Here is a case that we did here. Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the finished product. It actually looked pretty good. The crazy thing is, the patient wanted a bit of overjet! Really???!!! Just too much to ask for. I'll be waiting on this one to come back for a remake after they break. Sigh.

They were just all singles. Haha. We don't do 4 unit bridges here out of CAD LT.

I have no idea. I actually sent the case back to the Dr. mounted and he said it was mounted correctly. Crazy right?

im just glad you got it in two arches, some of my docs would think to do that case in an anterior triple tray.

that big implant full arch sucker was again placed on my desk this afternoon, now complete with analogues and abutments. apparently the order from on high is "pour the model, we're going ahead with immediate full arch temps."

i'm glad they pay me by the hour, not by the case.

boy, yall are making me feel like i should post pics of the horrid 10 u PFM br i just completed....yikes the nightmares i had (and im still having!)
i didnt want to see it again, but i know a ceramist took a few pics. ill see if i can snag them from him....

you are 1 of the lucky ones Luke to my knowledge not to many of us paid by the hour -
salary witch is nice always know what im coming home with at end of the week but not so much whan a case like yours come acroos the bench
but like i have said to a few i know who are currently out of work- i dont complain just glad to be employed in this tuff economic climate

Lingually placed lower implant

my turn to post a facepalm.....should be completed later this week. ill try to post some final pics.

this is after i took off the plastic sleeve on the UCLA abutment, and before i waxed the custom abutment.


and this is after waxing and finishing the abutment later in the day....


its a PFM restoration, forgot to snap a pic of the coping when i waxed that too....but oh well. ill post the 'after' pics later this week

if this guy wasnt just the nicest guy in the world id suggest the same thing! lol
besides refusing to give better impressions, he seats just about everything and is an absolute peach to chat with LOL. go figure
