Exoscan error message

Hi all. I'm having to reinstall my scanner and Exocad (and everything) after my computer crash and went back to factory settings. I thought I'd managed to get it back up and running but I'm now getting the error message when trying to run Exoscan;
An error occurred while executing scan wizard:
Error details:
No installed and or licensed scanner plugin found

Any ideas on what I need to do to fix this?
