Jake from Old Dominion (sounds like the State Farm commercial). He’s knowledgeable and always has quick solutions to problems and down to earth. He is my first choice. If you’re looking for an all in one stop then Imagine is your best bet. They offer training, support, and equipment. They have great instructors and classes.

FYI, if you have the perpetual license there's an upside for you. This year I was going to pay for my license to keep it current. Instead, I'm buying two additional modules for one system's setup. Splint and Virtual Articulator. Those two will be a little more than the license, but next year or the year after I can pay (current prices) $1250 to re-up the licens and then the annual fee. This was Jake's doing, talked me through the whole thing and I'm ahead as we need another splint module, and they actually lost money on me doing this, but service is a big deal to them.

Don't you need to have your license up to date to add modules?

My license is current. I'm spending money on new modules. I will not get the upgrade to my Exocad, but will be able to continue to use the version I have. Next year I will pay whatever the license renewal fee is plus a about $1200 to being it up to date.

Well you don't have to update next year also, the renewal fee is the same all the time.

Evolve dental is one exocad vendor. However, try finding someone at a smaller company who can provide faster and more frequent support.
