Thank you Denture Dude for your observation. We would be open to anyone asking anything about our clinic and we would of course discuss and go over exactly what was expected of the job if someone has interest. That's just standard job hiring. Not sure that is specific to us. You said I don't know what techs deal with. Without knowing my situation that seems quite a presumptuous statement but oh well I'll let anyone interested figure that out I suppose. I feel like our current tech is extremely happy with his position as we have done exactly what we said we would and the reason we are looking for another lab tech is because we will not push him beyond that. Lastly the joy of being an inhouse lab is that it doesn't have to be profitable. Ours is very profitable and have the numbers to back it but truly the main concern is to be able to provide a better service to our patients which then yes does provide more profit to the clinic. If we were bleeding money we wouldn't be looking to expand... With that said this would be for a salaried +bonuses position so not sure how profits came into the equation. We are however open to someone who would want to buy in if that were to be someone's aspiration (truly open to it not just saying it in passing.) That of course would be discussed at a personal level when the lab tech would want to take on that. Anyone who is truly interested I would be more than happy to speak with at length about anything. Just message me! Thank you.
