Anyone know what's causing this and how do I correct it?

"Adapt Denture Base to Teeth
Error: Adaptation to prosthetic tooth failed.
Details: Teeth(17-...-15-13-...-23-25-...-27) :adapt-to-jaw() returned Unsupported

Hint: Go back to gingiva design or free-form gingiva or tooth
placement to make sure that there are no obscure intersections
between the tooth models and the virtual gingiva,
or between the virtual gingiva and the virtual waxup bottom.
Also try to avoid that the tooth models intersect the boundary
curve of the virtual gingiva design."

Thanks!

I am having exactly the same issue with a lower immediate denture design. I have been trying everything that I can think of.
Any one any tips??

Do you have any photos? And is this in the denture module or the partial module?

1. ensure under the teeth is some space between the teeth and gums
2. in the denture freeform stage ensure the pink area below the scan does not poke out of the sides of the model, freeform the base so it completely fits inside the model
3. ensure if you are using ZRS teeth, you have to have connectors between them.
