Exocad Dentalshare help

So I’ve started using this dentalshare and sometimes it’s awesome and others it doesn’t seem to give me the files that have been sent by the other user. Is there a special button I need to click to always allow cases to be imported? I’m using it to send out files for designing and when they get sent back, half the time I have to hunt them down or have the designer resend them.

go to the web site (out of exocad) and make sure all the process you want are checked for each client.

They're all good.
I've called and my tech has called our tech support a couple times now and the best tip to fix it is shutdown the software and restart.....
Other than dropbox and dentalshare, any other quick and easy methods to transfer cases and receive cases?

literally just gmail, email the STL file.. worked well when I had my scans sent to me before we got the scanner in. other than that, ny needs are different, not that far along

Does Dentalshare send you email notifications in case of a connection request?
